From start to finish everything was awesome with F & F Floor Covering & Carpet. I needed a small area of hardwood flooring repaired in my kitchen then wanted the entire floor sanded, stained & resealed. F & F was able to schedule the quote visit within a couple of days from my call. Stacy took all measurements, asked me about my wants, made some suggestions and was on his way. Quote came in at a very fair and reasonable price (no gouging!) and I accepted. They got required insurance certificates to my HOA, scheduled work within a week and the crew arrived right on time. Work was done to my satisfaction (and then some), debris was removed, appliances returned to their rightful spot and house locked up as requested. I came home to beautiful floors that look amazing. Very happy I was referred to this company and I suggest you use them as well!

F&F Floor Covering managed to squeeze us in to meet a very tight listing deadline. From initial phone call on Monday morning to measurements the same day and fantastic flooring installed complete midday Friday! The installers were careful with our home and left it better than they found it. And to top it off, F&F came in under what we had budgeted. Try to get that service from the big box fellas and I bet you’ll be disappointed. I can confidently recommend Robert and team for all your flooring needs. Save the ‘measurement fee’ and call F&F out; you will be pleased.

Cannot be happier! They installed Engineered Floors brand in Pietra Sandstone. It is beautiful! The color on the manufacturer's website is much darker and a different tone than in person. F & F was aware of this and provided me with samples. They did an excellent job helping with the design and went above and beyond with the install.

We purchased a new home in the summer of 2025. It had the original carpet throughout the home that was disgusting with stains and pet odor. I called Jordan up and within 24 hours we had a quote with a few options to choose from. Jordan explained his options and his recommendations and within a few days, before we ever moved in, we had all brand new padding and carpet! The whole process was smooth and easy. I have used F&F for two flooring job. The most recent was for whole house LVP. I felt that their pricing was fair an in line with or better than most competitors. The product I selected was fairly new and very high end. It seemed that the installers did not have a lot of experience in installing this product and had several issues. There were many delays, problems, and disruptions that I thought were unnecessary. In the end, F&F made everything right, and we love the end results. If it weren't for the installation problems, they would definitely rate 5 stars.

My husband and I purchased a new home in September. The flooring in my new house needed to be updated and repaired We thought about pulling up the engineered hardwood to get rid of the squeaking, but that was too expensive. We received a few quotes and a lot of foolishness along with those quotes. We chose F and F flooring because they were honest, fair in price and Ms. Pam was so patient with me. I like to take my time and do my research.... We came up with a solution to the squeaking, that fit our budget and this left some money on the table for our other flooring needs. The new vinyl plank flooring looks amazing! We had it installed this morning and it is beautiful. The F and F flooring crew was on time, professional, and installed our new floor perfectly. My husband and I watched the whole process and they didn't mind. They screwed done the existing floor to secure it to the joints and this got rid of the squeaking. They put the vinyl floor on top of the existing floor and you can't even tell. The team paid close attention to detail cuts, transition pieces, door ways and molding. They cleaned up so good, it was like they were never here, except for the floor. I am posting this detailed review because I can't believe any consumer would have a negative experience with this company. We will most surely be using them again!!

Very reasonable prices and a huge selection of QUALITY products. Installation is handled by F&F. You're not subbed out to some cracked out team that has no affiliation with F&F and when you have a concern about something, it's handled. If you want an excellent quality flooring at competitive pricing with customer service that makes you feel like you actually matter, give them a call. Compare prices and quality of you'd like to be certain, just be careful because big box stores like Flowes and Flome Depot will get you in the end and you'll see.
