Cruise Giveaway Official Rules
Promotion Period
The Cruise Giveaway promotion begins immediately upon publication and ends at 11:59 PM on Friday, May 15.
Eligibility
Customers who make a qualifying purchase totaling $3,500 or more during the promotion period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the giveaway drawing per qualifying purchase. There is no limit to the number of entries a participant may receive through qualifying purchases.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive a cruise certificate for two (2) guests valid for a cruise of up to seven (7) nights with Margaritaville at Sea®. The certificate includes accommodations, taxes, port fees, onboard gratuities, most meals, select non-alcoholic beverages, and onboard entertainment and activities.
Drawing Date
The winner will be selected at random on Monday, May 18. The winner will be contacted using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.
Prize Conditions
The cruise certificate is subject to the terms, conditions, availability, and policies of the cruise provider. Travel dates, itineraries, and stateroom availability may vary. The prize does not include transportation to the port of departure, shore excursions, specialty dining, alcoholic beverages, upgrades, or other onboard purchases.
Non-Transferable / No Cash Value
The prize has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted except at the discretion of the promotion organizer.
General Conditions
By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to these official rules and the decisions of the promotion organizer, which are final. The promotion organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
